Acadia Photo Workshop 2026… Last Call
I still have availability for my landscape photography workshop in Acadia National Park this October. But I do need to let the hotel know how many rooms to hold really soon, so if you’re thinking of joining me, let me know asap.
I’ve been leading this workshop since 2018, and 2026 also marks the twentieth consecutive year that I’ve photographed Autumn in Acadia. There are few other photographers who know the national park in autumn as well as I do. Every morning, I’ll lead you out in the early hours to photograph the sunrise, followed by a full day of visiting several sites around the park, choosing the best locations according to what weather we’re having. We’ll also make time for some digital instruction, learning how to process your images and how to get the best from your raw files using Adobe Lightroom software.
Each day ends with a sunset excursion, again dependent on the weather. We might be photographing waves along the ocean coast, or at one of Acadia’s colorful lakes or ponds, or at my favorite marsh on the quiet side of the island, which can come alive with colorful reflections as the sun goes down. You just never know what you’ll get!
Questions about daily schedule, camera equipment, prices? Learn more about the workshop here.
If you’re interested in joining us, contact me asap and I’ll send out a registration form. And if not this year… let me know if I can add you to the list for next year in October 2027.
